The short version

  • The 7-day trial is free — it just expires, nothing to cancel.
  • Card plans cancel in one tap and keep working until the period ends.
  • DuitNow payments are prepaid and never auto-renew.
  • Charged wrongly or paid but not unlocked? Message us — we fix it or refund it.

During your free trial

The trial requires no payment method, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing you can be charged. If you do nothing, it simply ends after 7 days and premium features lock. Your family's data stays safe.

Cancelling a card plan (Stripe)

Card plans renew automatically until you cancel. To cancel, open Manage subscription in the app — it takes you to your secure Stripe portal where you can cancel in one tap, no questions asked.

  • You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for; you just won't be charged again.
  • We don't give partial refunds for the unused remainder of a period you cancelled part-way through.
  • If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, we'll refund the wrongful charge in full to your card — just message us within 14 days of the charge.

DuitNow QR payments

DuitNow payments are one-off and prepaid — they never renew by themselves, so there is nothing to cancel. When your plan runs out, you choose whether to pay again.

  • Paid twice, or paid the wrong amount? Message us on WhatsApp with your payment reference (it's shown on the payment screen and your bank receipt). Once we've verified it, we'll refund the excess to your bank account.
  • If your receipt is held for review and the payment turns out fine, you lose nothing — your plan is granted from the day it should have started.

Paid but not unlocked?

If you paid and your family didn't get premium access, that's on us: message us and we will either make it right or refund you in full — your choice.

How to reach us

All of the above goes through one door: WhatsApp (+60194437939). Include your family name and, for payment issues, the payment reference. We confirm within 1 business day; approved refunds are processed within 7 business days (card refunds then appear on your statement per your bank's timeline).
