How do I cancel?

Card plans (Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay): open Manage subscription inside the app — it opens your secure Stripe billing portal where you cancel in one tap. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; nothing auto-charges after that.

DuitNow QR payments: there's nothing to cancel. They're one-off and prepaid — they never auto-renew. When your plan runs out, you simply choose whether to pay again.

What happens after the 7-day free trial?

The trial needs no payment method, so nothing is ever charged automatically. If you haven't subscribed by day 7, premium features lock — but every chore, reward, points balance, and Power Skills report your family has earned stays saved. Nothing is deleted. Subscribe any time to pick up exactly where you left off. Paid plans work a little differently: they get a 3-day grace window after the period ends before anything locks, in case a renewal payment is still confirming.

Is my kid's data safe?

Kids never have an account, email address, or password — you create their profile, and it holds only a first name or nickname, an emoji avatar and colour, and an optional age (7–12) used to pick the right learning level. No photos, no location, no school details, and we never contact children directly. We don't sell data, run ad trackers, or show ads. Everything is scoped privately to your family and handled under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
